Business Advice for Deaf & Disabled Employers

Our work with employers helps them become more disability confident, giving them the know-how and confidence to successfully recruit, retain and develop Deaf and Disabled people. We are acutely aware and have first-hand experience of the difficulties Deaf and Disabled people come up against in the working world. We are also part of the community that harbours a wealth of untapped talent just waiting to be discovered. Having this fortunate perspective we are perfectly positioned to support organisations in their quest to become disability confident and realise the benefits this underrepresented group can add to their business.
